1) We tour you home for evaluation
          2) Prepare CMA and marketing strategy

Although a price range will be established, we will prepare a more precise and thorough evaluation after we visit your home. With your permission, we like to take a few digital photos, note any upgrades or improvements and take some measurements. This usually takes 45 minutes for each meeting, please set some time aside and let us know when you'd like that appointment and we'll contact you to arrange a convenient time for a visit.
